Mobile terminal handover test
[Application Example] Simulation of Transmission Paths Between Base Stations
This document introduces the handover testing of mobile terminals, using the simulation of transmission paths between base stations as an example. In mobile communication devices such as mobile phones, the transmission must continue without interruption when switching the transmission path from one base station to the adjacent one (handover). This handover test can be simulated using multiple MAT800/810 units. 【Features of MAT800/810 (excerpt)】 ■ Switching method: Electronic ■ Switching speed: 2μs/point ■ Attenuation step: 0.05dB ■ No spike during switching ■ Program memory: 128k words built-in * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. 【System Configuration】 ■ Base station simulator ■ High-speed programmable attenuator [MAT800/Model D] ■ Attenuation program creation software [MAS800] ■ SMA to N coaxial cable 1.5m [MC204-MA306] ■ Biconical antenna [MBA301] / antenna stand, etc. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
